Member From Texarkana (LCB) Gang Makes Top Ten Wanted In Texas

AUSTIN, Texas–The Texas Dept. The Texarkana-based Loyalty Cash Business (LCB) gang member is among the ten most wanted fugitives in the Lone Star State according to the Department of Public Safety’s list. Markeis Jamal Richardson, 36, of Texarkana, Texas, is among the many individuals who have been charged with involved in organized crime in Bowie County. He faces charges of engaging in criminal activity on felony counts. Richardson is charged in two separate indictments from 2022 and 2023 with participating in a concerted gang-run scheme to rob and commit aggravated assault while also laundering the proceeds of illicit activity. June 2022 saw the issuance of warrants for Richardson’s arrest in relation to the charges. Furthermore, Richardson is wanted in Bowie County on a probation revocation warrant associated with an organized crime charge that led to his sentencing in 2020. He’s also wanted by Arkansas parole authorities in relation to a suspected delivery of a controlled substance. Court documents indicate that the Loyalty Cash Business, or LCB, was initially founded in Texarkana in 2003 as a street gang made up of young individuals known as “Little Cuz Boys.”. “. The Texas Secretary of State has a list of the companies that the gang founded. Among them is I-30 Cartel Entertainment, a producer of rap music and videos that, based on records, showcase and exalt a violent, criminal lifestyle and depict its members as “hood rich.”. “. Bowie County prosecutors have accused several of the LCB’s purported representatives and members of racketeering in an effort to dismantle the organization. As is commonly known, the LCB traffics in illegal substances like promethazine, cocaine, methamphetamine, Xanax, marijuana, and hydrocodone. It has been documented that LCB members traveled to various locations in the United States to obtain the drugs to distribute in Texarkana and/or Bowie County, Texas, and the surrounding areas. This is the case in the case of Courtney Hope, one of the founding members of the gang, who recently entered a guilty plea to charges including engaging in organized criminal activity related to a murder for hire. To create the appearance that the money made from drug trafficking was legitimate, the gang founded businesses like Hope’s Hauling, HandH Trucking, and RandB Trucking. Documents in Hope’s case state that the gang used a commercial truck to transport pounds of marijuana and money between Texarkana and states like California, Washington, and Oregon. Richardson ought to be viewed as armed and dangerous, according to the DPS webpage. Up to $5,000 in reward money could be available for information that leads to his arrest. Richardson’s whereabouts are unknown, but you can report information by calling the Texas Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
