Mary Goodwin walked into work Wednesday June 26 greeted with Congratulation Banners. She is retiring from the Lafayette County Assessor’s Office. Goodwin began working in the county clerk’s office in 2013.
She then transferred to the assessor’s office in 2017.

When asked what she would do with her free time she stated:

“Whatever I want to do! But really just plan on spending more time with family and friends. Maybe some mini vacations. I have been blessed with great coworkers in the years I’ve worked for Lafayette County. A few have became some of my BEST FRIENDS.”
