Goodner started her public service career over 30 years ago. She strives to be a lifelong learner, to help engage others, and to make a difference. She has now resided in the Stamps, Arkansas area for over 18 years.

Linda is highly organized, has good communication and writing skills, and is self-motivated. Her background includes a Master of Education from Southern Arkansas University. She also has specialized police training and experience in the Arkansas Circuit Court procedures. She is currently employed by L. Jennings Law and Ray and Associates Real Estate. Linda is a proud native of Southwest Arkansas.
