Update on Shooting in Lewisville

Wednesday, July 19, Lewisville Police department was dispatched to King St. due to numerous altercations in progress. Upon arrival they were directed to 4th and King St where Dexter Biddle had been shot once in the left leg. He was sent to the hospital in Texarkana. He was upgraded out of ICU into a regular room at last report. According to Lewisville Police Department Chief Victor Rose, Rodravious Johnson is currently in custody being held on Aggravated Assault and 1st Degree Battery Charges. He turned himself in on Saturday. He is expected to be arraigned in court on Monday, July 24, at Lafayette County Court in Lewisville, Arkansas. Wednesday night, the Lewsiville Police Department was dispatched to 4th and King Street regarding several altercations. Upon arrival, they discovered a shooting victim whose name had not been released. The victim was rushed to the hospital in Texarkana. Chief Victor Rose of LPD stated there was a suspect, but he was not in custody at the moment. He also asked if anyone has any information regarding the shooting to please contact the Lewisville Police Department at (870)921-4300.
