Council members Jerry Satterwhite, Shelia Dickson, and Jo Gwen Phillips, along with Jay Click from Southwest Planning Development, Mayor Stacie Mithchell-Gweah, and a representative form the Municipal League were in attendance. The purpose of the meeting was to decide how to spend the remaining funds, which must be used by December 31, 2026. It was decided that $88,000 will be used for lift pumps for the water department, $25,000 for a new mosquito sprayer, and $20,000 for tech upgrades for the city hall.
