The Arkansas medical marijuana industry saw record sales and patient numbers in 2023, while legal challenges may lead to further growth by lifting restrictions on product types and advertising. Sales exceeded $1 billion since 2019, with over 97,300 patients registered. A ballot initiative in November could further expand access and allow for home growing.
